We are a domestic cleaning & Concierge Business (Husband & Wife partnership) called Big Bubble Cleaning established 21st March 2005

Any personal data entered into this website via our ‘contact form’ is solely collected to make contact with you at your request to discuss our services. The information will come to us via email, and will be deleted once contact with you is no longer required.
Who we will share your information with?
No one outside of Big Bubble Cleaning. We have no intention of sharing data with third-parties for marketing purposes.

Information we hold that constitutes personal data
The only personal information we would collect would be name, contact details, and details of your requirement for our services IF you complete our ‘contact us form’.

To help improve our service we may collect usage and preference information including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs)

This data is only used to contact you IF you have completed our ‘contact us form’. We are not creating derived or inferred data about people, for example by profiling them.

We may analyse data from our web statistics, just to see how much web traffic is flowing to our website & to help us see how we can provide a better service to those interested in Big Bubble Cleaning
